She has conducted clinical assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders in the NHS for over a decade and remains dedicated to her work in public healthcare. She has developed an autism-friendly assessment, ensuring a comprehensive approach that considers the unique needs and experiences of each client she assesses. Tini understands that assessment can be exhausting, and her aim is to help the person develop a better understanding of themselves and to make practical suggestions on how to access support.

Tini Riese’s post-diagnosis approach is psychoeducational and low-intensity to help autistic adults develop strategies to manage their difficulties effectively in the long-term. She also offers a support programme to partners and parents of autistic adults, recognising the significance of a strong support network in promoting her patients’ wellbeing.
